Important: Valbrin operates under strict confidentiality. A mutual Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed with every client before any personal information is exchanged. This document complements—not replaces—the NDA.
Valbrin Privacy Solutions (trading as “Valbrin”) is a boutique Dutch sole proprietorship in the process of transitioning to a private limited company (B.V.). It provides elite privacy and data removal services to UHNW clients under strict confidentiality and European data protection standards.
Valbrin identifies and suppresses publicly exposed personal data, executes takedown requests to data brokers, pastebin-style platforms, and search engines, and implements personal digital hygiene enhancements for clients. Optional retainer services may include monitoring and recurring removals.
Valbrin processes personal data exclusively under consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Clients must accept a mutual NDA before any personally identifiable information is exchanged or stored.
Valbrin uses licensed OSINT and privacy tools (e.g., GDPR takedown APIs, encrypted messaging platforms, cache suppression tools) hosted within the EU or encrypted off-site. Tooling details remain confidential.
To ensure effective delivery, clients must actively cooperate (e.g., updating passwords, activating 2FA, verifying accounts). Valbrin offers “white-glove assistance” and logs all actions. Failure to cooperate may temporarily suspend the 48-hour result guarantee.
All client-related data is stored in encrypted containers (e.g., VeraCrypt), accessible only via dedicated user accounts. Communication occurs via ProtonMail or Signal under full client control. Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days; invoices and contracts for 7 years.
Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time under GDPR Articles 15–17. Requests are handled within 30 days. All active takedown records are automatically deleted after resolution unless retainer terms apply.
Valbrin does not process data using U.S.-based processors. All data remains within the EEA or encrypted on Swiss (CH) infrastructure. No unencrypted international transfers occur.
Valbrin’s maximum liability per engagement is €1,000,000, covered by an EU-based professional insurance policy. Liability does not extend to damages caused by third parties, re-publication, or factors beyond Valbrin’s operational control.
Valbrin reserves the right to decline any engagement that poses a conflict of interest, exceeds operational capacity, or risks breaching applicable law or ethics.
This policy and any related service agreements are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the client may opt for ICC arbitration in Amsterdam or Geneva under confidentiality.
Valbrin does not use third-party trackers, cookies, or analytics platforms. No profiling, remarketing, or algorithmic decision-making takes place. Visitor data remains anonymous.
Valbrin may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated via email or secure client portal. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance.
Valbrin maintains an active professional liability insurance policy providing coverage up to €1,000,000. This policy becomes effective at the start of each confirmed project and covers demonstrable service failure directly caused by Valbrin, except in cases of force majeure or client non-cooperation. The policy is underwritten by a licensed EU insurer and serves to reinforce Valbrin’s operational integrity and client protection.
Valbrin guarantees visible progress within 48 hours of engagement. This includes suppression, de-indexing, takedown initiation, or formal legal notice delivery. If no verifiable progress has occurred within that time — despite full cooperation from the client — a full refund will be issued.
Progress is defined as the documented execution of removal-related actions such as broker opt-outs, search engine de-indexing, GDPR/DMCA requests, or abuse reports. These actions are logged and compiled into the client’s final report.
Refunds will not be granted where such actions have been taken but the external platforms or processors involved have not yet completed their response or takedown process. This reflects the reality that, even with perfect execution on our part, Valbrin remains dependent on the timelines and cooperation of third-party entities to fully remove exposed data.
